I really enjoyed the demo lesson. It was very helpful to have the time to explore. I was able to find areas that I could use with first grade in multiple subject areas. I believe since it involves the computer my class would be eager participants.
I agree. Anytime I take my students to the computer lab they are extremely excited (as if all we did was play games). If these types of activities generate this much excitement and enthusiasm why am I not using more of them to reach my students? The web quest site encourages me to find activities which really connect to the standards/topics in my classroom.
I have wanted to use the computer lab for something a bit richer than the usual stuff. By the end of the year the student were getting tired of the same old stuff. This is great!

You are right! I think it can be used at all grade levels. The kids will love it because it is on the computer!
I also plan to use this with my kids. It will be a great alternative for the other things that have been working on in the computer lab.
