I just wanted to thank Jackie and Bev for two very creative and fun demos. I can use both of them in my classroom and still cover a multitude of indicators. Thanks!
Marlene, I agree the two demos were very fun and creative and can meet indicators. I think the whole idea of doing a unit like the CSI could and should be how we get kids to connect learning experiences, see relevance as well as meet the indicators. I'm sure it takes a lot of work, but the kids would do just as well on the tests (if not better), if we made learning meaningful as well as fun. That's my pet peeve so I'll get off my soapbox now.
